All copyrights to Groovy Lava are exclusively owned by NetPlay Software.

The term 'Groovy Lava' refers to both the registered and unregistered versions of the software unless otherwise specified.

The unregistered version of Groovy Lava is shareware and may be freely distributed in it's original format. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Groovy Lava without written permission from NetPlay Software.

The Groovy Lava software and the images produced by Groovy Lava are for personal use only. No person or company may charge a fee on the images produced by Groovy Lava without written permission from NetPlay Software.

Groovy Lava is distributed "AS IS" and you (the "Licensee") assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of Groovy Lava and any results obtained.

NetPlay Software and the authors of Groovy Lava make no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the complete Groovy Lava software package and, with respect thereto, NetPlay Software and the authors of Groovy Lava shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing Groovy Lava including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. NetPlay Software and the authors of Groovy Lava shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE GROOVY LAVA AT YOUR OWN RISK. NETPLAY SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licenced program, or any subset of the licenced program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by NetPlay Software.

The terms of this licence, as well as the appearance and design of Groovy Lava are subjects of change in future versions of Groovy Lava.

Installing and/or using Groovy Lava signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.

If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove the Groovy Lava files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
